AmRhein's Fine Jewelers is a fourth-generation family jeweler, We set our roots in 1921 as a custom design jewelry wholesaler for the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas, and today we are firmly planted.
Our jewelers have more than 115 years of combined experience designing stunning jewelry. You will not find this depth of experience anywhere else in the Roanoke Valley. The process of getting an AmRhein’s Masterpiece from your head to your finger takes approximately 6 weeks. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Idea and Design
Schedule an appointment by clicking the Book Appointment button on this page to meet with our Design Team and let us create a sketch from your creation.
Choose from our selection of masterpiece examples or browse our site to add inspiration to your design.
Our Design Team will follow up with an original design based on your details free of charge. We will discuss your budget and give you a range of pricing for your creation. (approx. 7 to 10 days)
Step 2: Computer Animated Drawing (CAD)
After a general design in agreed upon, AmRhein’s can begin to make a 3D computer model of your creation that can be viewed in the store. This model is full-scale and will show you the exact details and dimensions of your piece.
We will show you images from many different angles that will give you a clear sense of your finished product. But you can make as many changes as needed until your design is perfect. We encourage you to communicate even the smallest adjustments you want made. We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
After we have your approval and deposit, we will move onto the production phase. (approx. 7-10 days)
Step 3: Production
With your approved CAD drawing in hand, a unique model of the aspects of your design is created. From this point, careful attention is made to stone setting, hand engraving and final touches on your masterpiece. All that is left is for you to come in and try it on for the first time! (approx. 3 weeks)
Now that your masterpiece is finished, what started off as an idea has become your own tangible, wearable work of art, created by YOU!
